Hello and welcome. My name is Auriol. I'm 50 years old. I have had 5 children and am blessed with four grandchildren.
I've been training for over 30 years through pregnancies and major milestones such as the loss of my son and divorce and I have created and I love my lifestyle.
I’m feeling blessed and I'm so excited to be a part of your body and mind transformation.
